Internal M-Coins Policy
1. Definitions
M-Coins are digital units that represent virtual cash and are utilized exclusively within the Service to participate in entertainment games. M-Coins are digital material that have no use or value outside of the Service, are not money or money's worth, and cannot be redeemed, swapped, or converted into real-world currency.
Users are individuals who visit the Website and utilize the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service, which includes participating in entertainment games and, if applicable, acquiring or using M-Coins.

M-Coins are digital units that represent digital material made available to Users solely for usage on the Website. M-Coins are purely intended to allow participation in entertainment gaming features and have no function or value outside of the Website.
M-Coins are neither money, electronic money, prepaid value, monetary instruments, or a replacement for cash. They do not represent, grant, or entitle the User to any type of money, money's worth, prize, payout, or actual economic value.
M-Coins are not a prize or reward of value, regardless of how they are gained or used on the Website.
Any use of the terms "M-Coins", "credits", or similar language is simply descriptive and does not imply ownership, monetary value, or redeemability.
4. Acquisition and Use Rights
Users can get M-Coins by purchasing them with real money or by playing the entertainment games featured on the Website. When M-Coins are purchased, the transaction is considered the purchase of digital material with instant performance.
Upon acquisition, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use M-Coins only on the Website and in compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Fair Play Policy. The User does not acquire any ownership or proprietary rights in M-Coins.

5. User Restrictions and Obligations

6. Expiry and Loss of M-Coins
All purchased M-Coins expire automatically twelve (12) months after purchase. Any M-Coins not utilized within this time are forfeited and deducted from the User's account without compensation. The expiration duration is predetermined and not affected by account activity or games.
M-Coins may also be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Use or the Fair Play Policy. The User is not entitled to restoration, replacement, or compensation for expired or forfeited M-Coins.
7. No refunds, and payment is final
Purchases of M-Coins are final. Once M-Coins are credited to the User's account, they are considered delivered and available for use. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are allowed.
M-Coins cannot be redeemed, swapped, or reimbursed for money, its equivalent, or any other real-world value. The User recognizes that purchasing M-Coins results in immediate performance and accepts the loss of any withdrawal or cancellation rights to the extent permitted by law.
8. Availability and Changes in M-Coin Policy
The Website reserves the right to change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the availability, quantity, or terms of use of M-Coins at any time. Such modifications may apply generally or to specific Users, and the User is not entitled to a refund, compensation, or replacement of M-Coins.
